Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat: the large properties of the Cap and the Pointe Saint-Hospice, the villas of Passable and the Sémaphore, a few apartments by the harbour; none publicly listed today. Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Belle Époque at sea level, between the Baie des Fourmis and the Basse Corniche: an apartment at €385,000. Among our properties for sale, the price per square metre runs from €9,600 in Beaulieu-sur-Mer to €14,000 for a seafront villa in Èze and €24,000 for a sea-view property in the hills above Èze.
