Saint-Tropez is an hour and a half from Cannes by motorway and then the road round the gulf. The village, the harbour and the citadel on one side; on the other, the peninsula, with the beaches of Pampelonne at Ramatuelle, Gassin on its hill, Grimaud and Port-Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime across the water. It is above all a villa market, in gated estates such as Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez and in districts such as Les Salins or La Bouillabaisse, with village houses in Ramatuelle and Gassin.

As of 11 September 2026, our activity in Saint-Tropez is mostly holiday lets: two villas in Saint-Tropez, at Les Parcs and La Bouillabaisse, one in Ramatuelle and two in Grimaud, from €17,000 to €62,500 a week in summer, five to six bedrooms, pool. For sale, two villas in Saint-Raphaël, at the entrance to the gulf, one of them a house with a pool at €595,000, a sea-view apartment in Sainte-Maxime, at La Nartelle, and villas offered privately to buyers we know.
