You own an apartment or a villa in Cannes, on Cap Martin or along the coast, and you want to sell or let it. We start with a visit and a written valuation, based on actual sales in your district. You then decide on the price and the mandate.
Photos and video taken on site, floor plan, presentation text, publication on our website and on the property portals, then the viewings, organised by your consultant. You receive a report after each viewing and regular updates on the enquiries received. Our fees are shown on every listing and detailed on the fees page.
For annual lets, we select the tenant, draw up the lease and handle the inventory. For weekly lets, we manage the calendar, the arrival and departure of guests, and their requests during the stay. The security deposit is set out in the contract.
