A written valuation based on actual sales in the district, then the sale itself: photos and video taken by the agency, floor plan, text, publication on our website and the property portals, viewings organised by your consultant, a report after each viewing, and support through to signing at the notary.

Buying

One person follows your search from the Cannes or Cap Martin office. They show you the properties for sale that match, tell you what to check, and stay with you through to completion.

Renting for the year

For the owner, tenant selection, the lease and the inventory. For the tenant, the apartments and villas available, furnished or unfurnished, from Cannes to Èze.

Renting by the week

Our holiday rentals, villas with pools and apartments, in Cannes, on Cap Martin, in Mougins and along the coast. We manage the calendar, arrival and departure, and during the stay we arrange what you ask for: a driver, a private chef, a coach.

Entrusting us with the management of your property

Under a management mandate, the agency collects the rent on your behalf, deals with the tenant and reports to you. It is the only framework in which we hold funds on your behalf; the security deposit is set out in the contract.

Valuing

The valuation is free and without obligation, in Cannes, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and along the French Riviera. Our fees are shown on every listing and detailed on the fees page.
