Villa rental in Cannes: twelve houses by the week, almost all with a pool

This page shows our villa rentals in Cannes, let by the week. As of 11 September 2026 there are twelve villas with three to eight bedrooms, almost all with a pool, from €7,000 to €75,000 a week depending on the season and the house. They are in La Californie and La Basse Californie, on La Croix des Gardes, in Super Cannes, Montfleury and Le Petit Juas: the hills of the town, with La Croisette and the beaches below.

When to rent a villa in Cannes: May, June, September and the summer

For the Cannes Film Festival in May, Cannes Lions in June and the Cannes Yachting Festival in September, villas are let by the week at high-season prices and are booked several months ahead. Tell us how many bedrooms you need as early as you can. During your stay we find what you ask for: a driver, a private chef, a personal trainer.
