Apartment rentals in Monaco: choosing your district

Renting an apartment in Monaco starts with the choice of district: Monte-Carlo and the Carré d’Or around the Casino, Larvotto and its beaches, La Condamine and Port Hercule, Fontvieille to the west, Saint-Roman on the border with Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Rents are well above those on the French side and apartments go quickly.

The Grand Prix and the Yacht Show: staying a quarter of an hour from the circuit

For the Monaco Grand Prix, in early June, and the Monaco Yacht Show at the end of September, apartments overlooking the circuit or the harbour are booked months ahead. We offer, a quarter of an hour away, our villas with pools in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, often easier to secure for those dates.

Long lets just outside Monaco

Many of those who work in the Principality rent long term between Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Menton, or to the west in Èze and Beaulieu, for a house with a garden. Our nearest long lets today are in Èze, Beaulieu and Villefranche; in Roquebrune, Beausoleil and Cap-d’Ail we search on request.
