Long-term apartment rental in Cannes

We have few long-let apartments in Cannes: three as of 11 September, on La Croisette and in La Californie, with one to three bedrooms. Most enquiries come in before the start of the school year in September. Tell us what you are looking for and we will come back to you as soon as a property matches.

Renting a villa on an annual lease, from Cannes to Èze

Most of our long lets are houses: villas in Mougins, at Font Fouquier and near the village, in Le Cannet and Vallauris on the hills above Cannes, in Valbonne and Mouans-Sartoux near Sophia Antipolis; villas in Nice on the Gairaut hillside, in Villefranche-sur-Mer on the Basse Corniche, in Beaulieu, Èze and on Cap d’Antibes. Three to seven bedrooms, a garden, often a pool.

How it works

A residential lease, furnished or unfurnished, or a bail mobilité, a furnished lease of one to ten months for people on a temporary assignment, a relocation or a course of study. Tenant referencing, a security deposit except under a bail mobilité, and a check-in and check-out inventory.
