As of 11 September 2026 it shows 71 properties let by the week: apartments in Cannes, on La Croisette, at Pointe Croisette, in La Californie and Montfleury, and villas, almost all with a pool, in Cannes, Mougins, Vallauris, on Cap d’Antibes, in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Èze, Villefranche-sur-Mer and as far as Saint-Tropez and Grimaud. From €2,600 a week for an apartment in Cannes to €75,000 for a six-suite villa with a sea view in La Californie.

Holiday rentals in Cannes: apartments for the Film Festival, MIPIM and the summer

Cannes is our largest holiday-let area: twenty-two apartments and a dozen villas, in Cannes and on the hills above it. The apartments have two to five bedrooms, on La Croisette, at Pointe Croisette, in La Californie and Montfleury. During the Cannes Film Festival, MIPIM, Cannes Lions or the Cannes Yachting Festival they are booked several months ahead; summer is booked from the spring. Villa rental on the French Riviera: pools and sea views from Cannes to Cap Martin

Our rental villas in the South of France have three to ten bedrooms; almost all have a pool and many a sea view. Around Nice and Monaco we let villas in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Èze, Beaulieu and on Cap Ferrat. On the hills and in the countryside behind Cannes we let in Mougins, Vallauris, Valbonne and Roquefort-les-Pins, for families who want peace and a garden.

How it works

You tell us your dates, the number of bedrooms and the area; we send you what is available, with photographs and the weekly price. Holiday letting agreement, security deposit as set out in the agreement, inventory on arrival and departure, keys handed over in person. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are specified property by property. During your stay we remain on call and find what you need: a driver, a private chef, a personal trainer, childcare.
