Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a small commune set between Villefranche and Èze-sur-Mer, at the foot of Cap Ferrat. The Petite Afrique district, sheltered from the wind by the cliff, gives it its palms and its mild winters; the Baie des Fourmis and the marina hold the seafront; the Moyenne Corniche climbs towards the villas and the views. The station puts Nice ten minutes away and Monaco a quarter of an hour, without a car.
