Roquebrune-Cap-Martin comes in three parts. The medieval village and its keep, clinging to the mountain. Cap Martin itself, a wooded headland of villas, with the coastal path running round it. And the seafront, with Carnolès, Golfe Bleu and Cabbé, their beaches and the coastal path. Cabbé, Plateau-du-Cap and Les Quatre Chemins complete the town, a quarter of an hour from Monte-Carlo and five minutes from Menton.
As of 13 September 2026 we have 29 properties for sale here, from €335,000 to €15 million, thirteen of them houses. The median square metre across our portfolio is €11,762, for space and land the Principality does not have. The Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and surroundings page brings them together, and the property around Monaco page widens the search to Beausoleil, La Turbie and Menton.
We let three villas with pools by the week, at Carnolès, Golfe Bleu and Les Quatre Chemins. The Monaco Grand Prix in early June and the Monaco Yacht Show at the end of September fill the headland: those dates are booked several months ahead. During your stay we find what you ask for, from a driver to a private chef.
Many of our buyers work in the Principality and look here. We know what they pay, district by district: ask for a valuation. Talk to us.
Our Roquebrune-Cap-Martin estate agency is at 57 avenue Paul Doumer, on Cap Martin. Limandat Real Estate sells, values and lets between Monaco and Menton.
