Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat occupies a two-kilometre peninsula between the bay of Villefranche and the bay of Beaulieu. The village and its fishing harbour on one side, villas under the pines on the other, the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild on the isthmus, between the two bays, and a coastal path that runs right round the Cap. Nice is a quarter of an hour away, Monaco twenty minutes.
As of 13 September 2026 we have nothing for sale on the peninsula. Sales here are most often handled privately, with no listing. Tell us what you are looking for and we will let you know; the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and surroundings page shows what we have in Villefranche, Beaulieu and Èze, five minutes away for the first two.
We let three villas by the week on the peninsula, from €17,500 for four bedrooms with a pool by the village to €44,945 for a 600 m² property with six bedrooms, and a three-bedroom villa on an annual lease at €38,000 a month. All our holiday rentals are on their own page. During your stay we find what you ask for: a driver, a private chef, a boat for the day.
On a closed peninsula, a buyer does not compare prices per square metre: they compare addresses. We value yours against actual sales on the Cap and in the neighbouring communes. Ask for a valuation. Talk to us.
